Frank Gulino is an associate of Lawson and Silek, P.L.C.  Frank received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and his B.M. from The Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University.  Prior to joining Lawson and Silek, P.L.C., Frank spent four years practicing business, employment, and government contracts law with a boutique litigation firm in Tysons, Virginia.

Also an award-winning composer and conservatory-trained trombonist, Frank combines the creativity and attention to detail of an artist with the knowledge and perspective of a business attorney to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in the public and private sectors. As a performer, Frank has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Music Center at Strathmore, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), and with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra brass section at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. As a composer, Frank’s works have been commissioned, performed, and commercially recorded by some of the world’s foremost musicians at venues around the world, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., as well as venues in Argentina, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, Panama, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, and Uruguay. Frank is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and is a four-time ASCAP Plus Award winner.
